Before School Club

Before School Club runs from 7:45 am to 8:45 am each morning during term time and costs £2·50 per session.

Children will be given a small snack, a drink and will have activities to occupy them. They are welcome to bring breakfast from home if they prefer.

At 8:45am the children go straight to their classroom for registration. 

Children must be dropped off and collected at the CAR PARK GATE leading to the hall. Please make sure that the person collecting your child is on our contact list AND signs them out.

After School Club

Children are met by a member of staff at 3:15 pm.

They have a drink and a biscuit and are encouraged to complete any homework they have been set by their teacher.

There are lots of exciting activities available, indoor and outdoor (weather permitting).

Children may be collected any time before 5:00 pm. If you are any later a £5 penalty fee per child WILL BE incurred.

If you are going to be late please ensure you notify the school on — 07938 279755.

Cost per session :- £3·50.

Booking and Payment

Places in both clubs are limited to twenty-four (24) and need to be BOOKED and PAID FOR a week in advance. There is an option to book and pay half-termly if you wish.

Please note a child’s place is only secure when a payment has been made.

Children attending extra-curricular activities between 3:15pm and 4:30pm can be taken to After School Club at the end of their session providing a place has been booked for them. Please remember to inform the office of this when booking. The cost for the session will still be £3·50 as the place will be held for your child.

If you are interested in our Before and After school Clubs, please contact the school office for a booking form which will then be passed to the Manager for places to be allocated.

When a place is secured, you will be asked to complete a contact form which needs to be handed to the Manager before the child’s first session.

Any changes to this need to be notified as soon as possible.
